Alaric continues to act out his hatred towards vampires and those who are siding with them in the next episode of “The Vampire Diaries“. The vampire hunter pays Elena a visit at school and tries to kill her by choking her on the hallway. Damon brings Bonnie who has a bloody neck to Stefan, while Klaus confronts the younger Salvatore, “You’re asking me to walk into a certain death?”

In “Before Sunset” that airs May 3, Klaus acts on his intentions to leave town with Elena, but finds resistance from a surprising new enemy. Bonnie calls on Abby (guest star Persia White) to help her with a difficult spell, and she, along with Jeremy, takes a terrifying risk to make sure her spell is effective.
The third season of the series will end in “The Departed” that promises an answer to the ultimate question of Elena’s choice between Damon and Stefan. “It will not be easy. It will be very emotional for both sides because it’s going to be a very honest, very pure, very difficult decision,” executive producer Julie Plec said.

In the next episode of “The Vampire Diaries“, Elena asks Stefan to be her date at the school’s 1920s Decade Dance at Caroline’s suggestion, as Rebekah has her own plans for the night. Bonnie asks Jamie to go with her, and Caroline is pleasantly surprised when Tyler shows up at the dance determined to sweep her off her feet, but Klaus does his best to come between them.

The dance festivity takes a deadly turn when Damon and Stefan realize they need the help of Matt, Jeremy and especially Bonnie to undo a spell that could prove devastating for everyone. Their mission will get harder as the Salvatore brothers are stuck in the dancing venue because of a trap planted around the building.
Meanwhile, Alaric finds an unexpected ally to guide him on his dangerous new path. He launches new terror in Elena’s life as he insists on staying on his evil side.
“Do Not Go Gentle” will air Thursday, April 26 at 8/7c on The CW. After that, there is only one episode left before the show wraps up its third season on May 10.
Dishing on Elena’s big decision in the season finale, Ian Somerhalder recently revealed that Stefan and Damon have an agreement. “The brothers both agree, ‘If she goes for you, I’ll leave town. And if she goes for me, you leave town. So this doesn’t get weird.’ And they both agree on it,” he said.
No matter whom Elena lands her choice on, the Salvatore brothers will be on a better term in their relationship as Somerhalder spilled, “In the finale, Damon and Stefan really start to love each other. In this situation, heartbreak and failure and triumph brings them together.” The Damon depicter jokingly added, “Now, by the way, it might get boring and then we will be trying to kill each other in season four!”
The Vampire Diaries Season 3 : THE SECRET HERO – Determined to protect his sister, Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) makes a decision that will change everything. In the harsh reality of the present situation, Elena (Nina Dobrev) longs for simpler times when her parents, Grayson (guest star Jason MacDonald) and Miranda (guest star Erin Beute), and Aunt Jenna (guest star Sara Canning) were still alive and her biggest concern was her relationship with Matt (Zach Roerig). Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) leave Mystic Falls together on a mission, but soon split up when Elena needs one of them. Caroline (Candice Accola) and Tyler (Michael Trevino) are forced to make a life-changing decision. Finally, Bonnie (Kat Graham) makes a secret deal that has heartbreaking consequences. John Behring directed the episode with story by Brett Matthews & Elisabeth R. Finch and teleplay by Julie Plec (#322).
